  • 17 May 2021 in Senate: On the allegation of failure to establish the County Budget and Economic Forum (CBEF), the Committee observed that the Governor had taken steps towards establishing CBEF. However, it had been hampered by failure to attract qualified candidates for those positions. It was the finding of the Committee that that particular allegation was not proved and substantiated and, therefore, not upheld. view
