We welcome the Government institutions like Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) to undertake their business in Kisii County. We benefit a lot from them. From the onset, I go on record as being one of the Senators who opposed the formula that was adopted by the CRA. It is because it is really a lie when we share money to counties that everybody knows--- Even if you ask people who have not studied Economics, they will tell you that those are counties that are thriving.
