Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to confirm to the House that this matter came up and we allayed the fears of hon. Members that it is not a conspiracy or an ill-intended move. It is in good faith to allow Kenyans to participate. This will not in any way interfere with the election time table as released by IEBC. The date of election remains 4th March, 2013.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, yes, I will start with the one by Mr. Mbadi. We want to assure him that we are within time and the elections will be on 4th March, 2013.
