That is still our mandate. That is the way a “money Bill” is identified. The National Assembly would like to put everything as money Bill, but the interpretation we got of money Bill is that it is money from Consolidated Fund. However, this one is from county funds. view

Sakaja on The Pandemic Response and Management Bill. That Bill was thoroughly worked out.
