The ones that are not doing well are still improving. We hope that in future they will provide better services. They have a lot of support from the local people who have formed those companies. We cannot, therefore, rush and disband them because they have not completely failed to provide water services to our people. The rightful company is the Telibei Water Company which is formerly the Chemosit Water Company. ...
