The bodies were booked by a police officer. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in fact, the two persons were picked by police officers at Muthurwa Market. In fact, cases of killing people in Embakasi are known to everybody. Rural electrification has been a big success, only that in some areas like the slums, we have had a low supply of electricity, which has been the cause of most of the fires in such areas. • 29 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting the Second Schedule. The reason for this amendment is that after consultations with the Drafting Section of the Attorney-General Chambers, I was advised that there are no international conventions which refer to our Acts of Parliament. Therefore, from a technical point of view, this convention should not be part of this Bill. For that reason, I am proposing that we delete the Second Schedule. view
