He is making a very good presentation but I cannot hear him despite the fact that I am quite close to him. I believe that the amendments that are going to be proposed should also look into that aspect. One case which was alluded to by an hon. • 19 Sep 2013 in National Assembly: East Africa is improving the railway network. Those of us who come from very far away from Nairobi know that roads are not maintained regularly. The maintenance costs of some of the roads runs to trillions of shillings. Therefore, I would suggest that instead of us wasting money on maintaining roads, we start building our own railway line from Mombasa to Malaba. This will improve business. We have about four dispensaries but we do not know how the distribution of drugs is being done. My constituents have asked me to find out how they can get the drugs.
