Amongst those who have been interviewed by the Committee are: The Cabinet Secretary for Health, Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Cabinet Secretary for Education, Science and Technology, and the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in our terms of reference, we had also indicated that we would like to look at various legislations that are in place to see what would happen in the event that the Committee makes some recommendations. I had mentioned the Crops Act No.16 of 2012 and also the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Control Act No.4 of 1994.
