This being a national issue, my concern is very simple. What is going to happen to the families that are left behind?   • 19 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the most notorious drivers, indeed, are Government Drivers. These are Government vehicles driven by Government officers. More serious are the ones which carry Ministers. Even under the new rules, hon. Members and I have witnessed Ministers overlapping all the way, almost causing accidents. Could the Assistant Minister also take this opportunity to warn those Ministers who are here and assure us that he will arrest them? view
