• 5 Jun 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Deputy Speaker, I will go on record to mention that some of the constituencies that we represent are in very dire need because they lack most vital things. If you look at Nyandarua County, it does not have even a single university. So, when I am supporting this Motion, as the Jubilee Government had suggested that every county should have an university, I am looking at a possibility whereby we can have medical arms of those universities providing even those services that we are saying we need to provide in the county hospitals. We know that if they are given more money, they can enhance their capacity of storing processed meat and this will go a long way in enhancing food production in this country. On the same note, I would wish to urge KMC to open more branches.
