They could have information about security threats emanating from terrorists, but they may not be in a position to deploy. He asked about Somalis who were trained in Archers Post for deployment in Somalia and not about Kenyan Somalis. The Kenyan Government had agreed to train Somalis for deployment in their country for the purpose of restoring peace and order in Somalia.
