I rise to support the Budget and Appropriations Committee Report on the proposed Budget Estimates for the coming financial year. I have gone through the Report and wish to state that I support these estimates for purposes of the furtherance of the Big Four Agenda, which is what our Government is now delving into. The other sector is education. We have to realise the best quality education for our children and we have made a provision for that. Unfortunately, I have just been granted a charter for a university college in Tharaka; The Tharaka University College, a constituent college of Chuka University.
