I have also read about the conference Hon. Millie has mentioned. I saw the programme. Possibly, the men who are here would be attending the evening session because it is important that we discharge national duties that have brought us here. Regarding the Bill before us, it is also important that we look at the offences that are proposed to be introduced. We know very well that there is always clamour when it comes to insurance companies, especially regarding quick enrichment at the expense of probity and ethics. There is temptation, especially by brokers, to try and pocket some of the proceeds of insurance which they are supposed to send to insurance companies. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Special Motion that this House approves the appointment of Maj. (Rtd) Twalib Abdallah Mbarak as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). I sit in the Committee that came up with this Report. We deliberated over it for a long time. I agree with our findings that Mr. Twalib is, indeed, qualified to be the CEO of EACC.
