It is a very sad day for Kenyans, particularly the people of Vihiga, and Western Kenya, as a whole. It is very clear from the statement that the distribution of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) fund which totals to about Ksh15 billion was done in a very discriminatory manner. (Dr.) Khalwale who is imploring you to use Standing Order No.1, that the Standing Order, under which we are making these comments, is Standing Order 226 and it is very explicit.
