I do not want to anticipate debate. For us to give a comprehensive answer, we will need two weeks to liaise with the Ministry and the relevant Government authorities. I am glad that in the Communication from the Chair, you made a ruling that at this stage, we are not debating on the merits and demerits of the grounds that have been advanced by the County Assembly of Nyeri on the removal of the Governor of Nyeri County. I thank him very much for having confidence in me. However, Standing Order 68 which the Chair referred to gives the House two options.
