  • 25 Sep 2013 in National Assembly: The Majority Leader, in bringing the Motion before the House, has indicated that we have several nations in the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) which are currently bicameral in nature and have Senators and Members of the National Assembly participating in PAP. May I indicate as I make my presentations that, that is the tradition of those countries. We have our own Constitution and it says in Article 2 that it is the supreme law and nothing else supersedes it. view
