Members that when it comes to ICT in our secondary schools, we are going to provide Kshs1.5 million to two secondary schools for each district, in order to build up a laboratory for ICT. However, because of constraints of the budget, this is the only money we could put into that particular Item. I also wish to inform the hon. Member that, indeed, in the beginning of the last financial year, it was actually Kshs10 million. But in the middle of the financial year, we were able to get other resources and the sum went up to Kshs20 million.
