Even by the rule of thumb, the CEO should not be interviewed; he should be confirmed as the CEO of the Fund. He is a very nice man. Mr. Mbuno is a very nice man.   • 26 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: each constituency was classified information pursuant to Section 49 of the Kenya Defence Forces Act. Hon. Speaker, Article 153(3) requires Cabinet Secretaries to answer any question which is under their docket when appearing before a Committee of a House of Parliament. And in doing so, Article 10 of the Constitution highlights the national values and principles of governance which include transparency and accountability, among other things. view
  • 26 Feb 2019 in National Assembly: In view of this, it is important to note that Article 35 provides for access to information from the State by every citizen. Article 2 re-instates supremacy of the Constitution over all other laws, and as such, access to information cannot be denied because of a law that is subordinate to the Constitution. view
