Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, listening to the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs one would be forgiven to suggest that he is taking this House for a ride because the recruitment agencies that send Kenyans; both girls and boys, to the Middle East are registered by this Government. They maintain a list of all the registered recruitment agencies. These agencies maintain a register of the Kenyans they are sending out and they have details of the employers.
