Prof. Githu, have the terms of that Commission been published? I thought the Attorney-General said in the very near future, the Government will issue the terms. It is only from the terms that you will know whether those issues will be addressed.

The Attorney-General, what do you have to say to that? From where I am, it looks like unless really the hon. Member has the terms of reference, he would not be able to challenge your undertaking that the issues he is raising will not be the subject of a Judicial Commission of Inquiry that you undertook to set up, latest by Friday, as I understood you saying.
