Members, I have heard all the issues that have been raised and I am satisfied that all those issues were fully canvassed and that they were the subject of a ruling by the Speaker delivered on 30th August, 2011. I need not go through that ruling because it would amount to a backdoor procedure of overruling the Speaker’s ruling. Therefore, I overrule the points of order and direct that the Minister continues. view
