On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it not prudent, now that the Assistant Minister says that he was not aware, and has now become aware of the contents of this letter, for him to take some time? I emphasized that the Prime Minister exercised his supervision and coordination powers under the Constitution.
