Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is a comprehensive document setting out the case that I made when I made the request for information; that these appointments and advertisements appeared tailor-made to filling positions and undermining the fair hiring of new staff in the commission when it is formed. I am only providing background information. I am sure the Assistant Minister is going to benefit from the information that I am giving him.
