On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The hon. Member has raised a very serious matter. I happened to be in this House when the Assistant Minister gave an answer to the same Question. What I am hearing from the Minister now is very different from what I heard on that day. Given that these people are working in the same Ministry, should we not get some clarification on what to expect when a Minister and an Assistant Minister from the same Government give contradictory statements regarding extra-judicial killings?
