The time to raise that issue is on Thursday. That is the traditional day for petitions. So, you can raise those concerns on Thursday at exactly the same time. In view of the importance of this Question, I want to rearrange the order of Questions in a way that we ask Question No.2 first if the Questioner is here, so that he can address it because it is of great national importance. view
