If hon. Members’ Questions are being dropped, I do not see why Ministers should enjoy special privilege with regard to answering Questions. However, since this Question has been deferred a number of times and the Questioner is in the House, I will call it out later.

If you say it is a recognized university and you are not telling them the courses that are recognized, you are not helping them. How can they know which courses are recognised before sending their children there? You said the university is a recognised, but you are not telling them which courses are recognised.
