On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir . I want to take this opportunity to apologise to both the Member of Parliament for Juja, and the Minister for Labour, because the point I raised about the Assistant Minister having to explain something has nothing to do with that Ministry. I have cross-checked with the HANSARD, and I wish to apologise. I did refer to the Minister for Labour when the matter is supposed to be in another Ministry. I am sorry for that.
