Apart from the doctrine of collective responsibility, under this order, a Minister need not be requested to issue a Statement for him or her to issue one. Now that my good friend has the information, can he take advantage of this order which enables him to make a Ministerial Statement and satisfy Members’ curiosity by sharing the information he has with the House and the country? view
