No, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It was just last week I raised this issue with the Minister. My interest at that time was that since the ammunition came from a Government owned factory and was manufactured by members of the Kenya Armed Forces, what steps have they taken to ensure that security at the military barracks in Eldoret where the bullets and ammunition came from is changed and protected from encroachment from outsiders?
