I am just seeking guidance from the Chair because I heard you ask the Minister clearly, and that is a direction from the Chair; to explain how many Saba Saba riots we have had. To the best of my knowledge, we have had Saba Saba riots since November, 1991 and the Minister should not escape answering your own direction on the issue of what is his understanding of the Saba Saba riots.

Part of the reason why this Question is coming to the House is because of the secret nature in which the appointments are made.
