Is it in order for the Minister to stand up and say that it is not for the Members of Parliament to lay documents on the Table even before she looks at them? Is it in order for her to tell a sitting Member of Parliament that it is not for him to table documents when his role as a Member of Parliament is to represent his constituency and lay any necessary documents on the Table?

Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me also take this opportunity to support this Bill, and in doing so, echo the contribution made by Mr. Kenneth, who raised very substantive matters that ought to be addressed by the Minister, or department concerned, with regard to issues of competition.
