At the peril of getting this Minister confuse the issue, we have yet to be given the names, the case numbers, the parties and the status of those cases to determine whether a foundation has been laid. We cannot even go to the extent of determining whether the matter is sub judice before the Assistant Minister lays on the Table of the House the particulars of the case.
