Therefore, it follows that the Government position is that they should not be evicted. If that is the answer, then it should be specific. If any Government officer evicts those people, then he or she should know that he or she is disobeying a Government directive. view

Even though I agree that any Minister can answer that Question, who changed the position that the Question that was addressed to Treasury be answered by the Ministry of State for Development of Northern Kenya and Other Arid Lands?
