Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, my point of order is that Hon. Ng’eno has just called all political leaders in this country goons. I find this unparliamentary. Because he is a long jumper, he knows how to hop, step and jump.

THAT, the matter presented in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law.
