I oppose this particular amendment because it is contrary to any best practise in the world all over as management changes. Remember that whoever is holding this position is not a technician. This is more of a management job and has nothing to do with a person being required to have a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy. In fact, if someone holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, it means they lack managerial experience because they have been busy learning the technical and not management work.
