One of the challenges is the budgetary allocation to the committee. This is in view of the massive and extensive nature of the Committee‟s budgets, mandates and being the main enabler of the Big Four Agenda, the criteria for allocation of funds to the committees, which is based on equity, is inadequate to facilitate the committee efficiently.
