• 10 Mar 2020 in National Assembly: The Bill was talking about 53 per cent share but it seems they have increased that share to 73 per cent. I want to agree that this is a very fundamental change. In fact, in the first place, when I read this Bill, I wondered why we were attempting to amend substantially the section in the Political Parties Act that talks about the Political Parties Fund.
