I think my amendment removes that micromanagement of political parties and ensures that parties follow their constitutions because constitutions of parties differ. There are some constitutions that talk about an election board and others rely on the National Executive Committee to make a decision on the issue of nomination. Others can even go further and seek ratification of the national governing council.
