Order, hon. Members! We are back to the Committee of the whole House. We are looking at the Nutritionists and Dieticians Bill with reference to Clause 5 only. He was October 11, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 4465 replying to the debate on the Floor of the House. We were then going to put the Question. But it appears that the Minister is not here. So, I do not know whether, under the Standing Orders, somebody else can finish replying to the debate on his behalf or not. I seek your guidance.

In the name of transparency and accountability, he can, at least, table that report as requested. He cannot decline. Is he in order?
