A constituency like Baringo South has many problems of insecurity and we cannot respond to these issues when we do not have money in our accounts. Those mentioned deserve the right to remain innocent until proven guilty. The fact is that these people face a lot of humiliation before Kenyans, because they are seen as if they have done wrong before they are found guilty.
