A constituency like Baringo South has many problems of insecurity and we cannot respond to these issues when we do not have money in our accounts. So, we want to look for a way out so that we get this money on time to assist us respond to the issues in our constituencies. view

When we do the ratification, it is going to cement our relationship with our member countries and also assist in the employment of our youth. Those mentioned deserve the right to remain innocent until proven guilty. The fact is that these people face a lot of humiliation before Kenyans, because they are seen as if they have done wrong before they are found guilty. This is because of TVs and radios everywhere. view

On the outset, I want to say that Kipng‘etich arap Korir comes from my constituency. I know him by name. He is one of my constituents in the far- flung location of Tuloimngoi.
