  • 25 Sep 2013 in Senate: If we connect the county headquarters to this fibre optic, it will make the counties be where they want to be. The issue of teleconferencing will make the county officers be informed and hence encourage informed decision-making. In addition to that, this will also improve their social lives because they will not be bored in their offices if they use the network which will be available.
