The issue of teleconferencing will make the county officers be informed and hence encourage informed decision-making. In addition to that, this will also improve their social lives because they will not be bored in their offices if they use the network which will be available. I would like to appreciate the effort and work being done by the Kenya Police Reservists (KPRs) in the hotspots of insecurity especially in marginalized areas like where I come from.
