I want the Assistant Minister to come out clear. How long does it take to design a road? How long does it take for the tender procedure to be completed? There can be estimation in terms of the distances and the actual construction work. view

What measures is the Ministry putting in place to ensure that once the committees take decisions after thorough consultations, those decisions are implemented? view
