11 Mar 2014 in National Assembly:
Hon. Speaker, one and a half months is a very long period. I am of the view that it should be within two weeks. This will be sufficient. I think our colleagues from Nigeria have already shown us the way. They can always give us counsel.

So, I thought with this entity, in a similar manner, it is going to handle universities, for instance the School of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor.

5 Dec 2013 in National Assembly:
Journalism at the University of Nairobi (UoN), Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC) at South B and so on. So, therefore, it is an all and encompassing entity. It is only dealing with issues to do with journalism. So, therefore, if I was for instance to do this amendment in the Universities Act, I would be out of order because the Universities Act is a specific Act that deals strictly with issues relating to universities. That body which is created by the Universities Act does not have power over colleges. Since the Media Council is the entity that is strictly ...
