However, notwithstanding that, I strongly believe that we need to support austerity measures to enable the Government to balance its budget. We need to do that. Austerity measures entail those of us who are in Parliament to cut our budget. The Judiciary also cuts its budget, and the Executive cuts its budget. strongly believe in that. Why? So that we have a balanced budget. This will ensure that Government revenues equals Government expenditure, and that can only happen when we reduce our expenditure.
