Secondly, after every five years, parliamentarians are held accountable by the people of Kenya. The President, after every five years, is held accountable to the people of Kenya. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have heard one of my learned Senators arguing that the President must, as a matter of course, appoint Judges who have been proposed by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). With all due respect, I strongly believe that, that Statement was sub judice . We all know that there is pending litigation in court on that point.
