Kenyans face challenges given their ignorance when they purchase property. We also need to get Kenyans to shift their paradigm from being so obsessed with looking at land from a horizontal perspective as it sometimes leads to conflicts that can even cause families to split, and begin to see the advantage of having a vertical perspective where we can have this kind of protection. view

  • 8 Aug 2019 in National Assembly: The submission that we might not be so keen in this Bill is to have a register of investors who would like to put buildings with consideration or argument that we already have a situation where these investors will have registered with the KRA and therefore they would not need to have this kind of register.
