I believe that in the very same spirit, as we are looking at Kenya from the point of counties and devolution where we would like greater transparency. It would be useful to have a register of investors in the county to ensure that anybody investing will have the confidence and also be sure that those people who are there are aware. view

At the outset, I would like to say that I support the Motion and in particular the appointment of Hon. Ochieng’ Mbeo as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Fish Marketing Authority. I would also like to thank the Committee that came up with the Report.
