Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I rise to support hon. Amina’s further amendment because I was going to propose that we do away with that clause, but I want to believe that the improvement by hon. Amina makes this better. Persons who are injured anywhere, as long as they can walk into a dispensary, should be allowed to get a note explaining the extent of the injury. So, I want to support that.
