I know the rules of the House, but I think the hon. Member is frivolous. Let me just give you a simple example. Even the appointment of the so-called County Police Commissioners, it is the work of the commission and not the work of the Inspector General. I have just read the Constitution. Even the appointment of the so- called County Police Commanders is illegal! I have just read the law and these are the letters showing those appointments.
