• 5 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: Yes, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. The amendment is one of those that I had told you that the Deputy Speaker had approved and that was circulated as I sat here. So, maybe I was the only one who was given but it was given to me by the Clerks. view

I think that is a neater way to do that process so that they are guided as they choose their governance structures. I think it actually cleans up the clause. view
